My husband always handled this type of matter in the past. My neighbor across the street sold her home, and Sherri was her agent. I knew nothing about the process. Sherri helped me more than I could have ever imagined. She answered all my numerous questions, stayed in touch and kept me updated on everything that was going on. I felt like I was her only client. She was so patient even when I was questioning everything. I knew she was taking care of me and working to achieve what was in my best interest. The best and kindest person ever. She was fantastic to me in every aspect! When I visited the office, everyone was welcoming. There was an inviting atmosphere. When the house sold, there were cheers and congratulations from everyone there.

Sherri and Todd are just wonderful people. They anticipate your needs and then follow through. All the way through the sell of my house they made me feel comfortable and provided much needed advice. I originally used them 11 years ago to buy my house, then I could think of no one else to help me but Sherri when I wanted to sell the house. They sold it within 7 days of putting it on the market. Love the Vanderkooy's. Selling your house is a very stressful task. Especially if you are moving out of state (this was my situation). Sherri was kind, helpful and everything else that I needed to help me through the process of selling my cabin. Todd is great. He is always happy, knowledgeable and helpful. I love working with him because he and Sherri become not just your agents, but your friend.

Michael not only met our expectations of a realtor but exceeded them. Michael made our home search process something to be enjoyed that we will always reflect back on over the years. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

Michael set me up with automatic emails for new listings but the best part was getting a text message when he saw a place that he felt I would really be interested in and not just waiting to hear from me. That made me feel like he was truly there for me.

He walked us through the whole process, kept us well informed, answered all of our questions , (researched and found out what he didnt know) and contacted us via phone, text, and emails, even though we had a 3 hr time difference. He goes above and beyond what we could have ever imagined and we have made him an honorary member of the family! When we are looking for someone in Real Estate he is now our NUMBER 1 guy. I almost forgot to mention when needing references for loans to sewer inspections, he offered several highly reputable service companies as well. We feel very fortunate to have worked with him and couldnt be happier with our new home too!
