I would (and have) recommend Todd, Sherry, and Michael to others who may be looking for a realtor to assist in selling or buying a home. Todd is VERY knowledgeable about the process and knows what to look for and how to make the sale or purchase happen. I never at any time felt my sale or purchase had been placed on the "back burner."

I changed home criteria a few times and Michael was always accommodating and flexible to fulfill my requirements. I was often reminded he worked FOR me and was always willing to speak on my behalf. A fantastic moderator between builder and myself, and a local perspective that can't cannot be discounted.
