Buyer reviewTodd and Sherry were absolutely wonderful to work with. Due to living in Maine and COVID we relied on them very heavily for neighborhood information as well as viewing the homes for us. We are not from TN and had only been here once. We switched from another agent because we did not feel she was listening to our concerns and needs. Sherry and Todd are great listeners. The neighborhood we ended up in has exceeded our expectations. It is perfect for us! Todd and Sherry helped us at a very stressful time. We do not know anyone here or which businesses are the best to work with and they helped with that. They exceeded our expectations of what we expected from an agent. We are looking to buy a house on Douglas lake and we will definitely be contacting Todd and Sherry!

She did a phenomenal job on pictures and was very helpful with staging. She answered texts in a timely manner. Honestly, I know she has dozens of clients, but I always felt like I was the top priority. She was there through every step of the process, explaining and guiding when needed.
