Tom was recommended to me by my uncle so we had a meeting. When I first met Tom I could tell he was very professional and I was really impressed with the information that he had already prepared for the sale of the house. But the one thing I really like the most about him was the fact that he was such a nice person so easy to talk to and so very polite! He obviously had plans for the sale of the house but yet he still sat there and listened to what we actually had to say and took into consideration everything we said. After the meeting was over I knew that I had found the right salesman for the home but I also felt like I had just found a new friend. When it came to negotiating the contract Tom did an excellent job. If it wasn't for him I would not have even made a counter offer to the contract that was made by the buyer because it was way too low. Tom convinced me to counter the offer, that's when the buyer came up to our price range. Tom also contacted the other realtor several times on our behalf and each time he did an awesome job. Tom's character was the one thing that really impressed me the most about him. He was a very polite very respectful very pleasurable to talk with. I also like the fact that when we would ask him questions he got us answers, and when I called or texted him he always answered or called me back right away. I didn't put the house up for sale because I wanted to sell it I had to sell it because my mom went into a nursing home. I was faced with the fact I had to get it empty and sold as quick as I could. It's hard to get rid of everything your mom worked all of her life to get. And then to have to put her in a nursing home and sell her house. That's why I appreciate Tom so much he was so kind and so easy to talk to and he did his job and got the house sold. I could concentrate on helping my mom and not worry about the house. He did a great job for us and we appreciate him so much!

We initially found Tom while searching for homes on Zillow after talking to him on the phone and hearing his passion and knowledge of his job, we decided to go with him during our searching process. He put us on a notification list for new houses on the market and within a month we found our dream house in our price range. Tom worked very hard at helping us achieve the house we wanted by recommending financiers and inspectors etc. and made the buying process very stress free. So with that said we'd highly recommend Tom to anyone serious about finding a new home.
