The people he suggested for contractor/inspections were very nice and seemed to work well with him. I also loved the lender he set us up with! My experience went very smooth and we actually closed early as all parties were working very hard (including weekends) to ensure all items needed to close were taken care of without adding a lot of stress to me (the buyer)!
