He listened carefully to my preferences and allowed me the space and time to decide my direction/choice. I have recommended him already to a fair amount of individuals. Totally satisfied and pleased with the manner in which he took the reins on this project and made it successful. All around Great Guy to work with. Once I made my decision to have Andy represent Me & My home...He went right into action. It was basically 2 weeks worth of time from our first face-to-face meeting and the acceptance of an offer. Did not waste any time in making this process happen! Which was a priority for me. I spoke with Andy's associate realtor and she was most helpful and willing to accommodate my requests. Couldn't have asked for better.
