Andy helped me through the whole process to know and understand everything we were doing. He was very understanding of my needs and wants, while at the same time, understanding that I wasn't in a hurry to make my selection.

He was always available or made himself available for last minute showings or recommendations. He also did great helping with negotiating. It felt like we were working with a friend.

Seller reviewAndy Yakesh was very helpful as we were selling this house for a family member and were not living in the area. He went out of his way to get things ready even when we couldn't physically be there and kept in close contact about the progress of the sale. He knew the market and the area very well and provided excellent advice about pricing and how quickly he anticipated the sale occuring. He was accomodating to our needs and helpful in getting some of the things done for us when we couldn't be there.

Even while we were out of the country traveling, Andy was in regular communication with us. He steered us through the process and helped us settle on a home that is perfect for us.
