Maria was an all-star on this transaction. Pricing a home like mine is very difficult because there aren't any other like it. Plus, when I purchased the home, it needed a lot of work, and it is now fully renovated. Maria came up with a pricing strategy to promote a bidding war, and it played out exactly as planned. I ended up getting considerably more than I was asking for the house. Once the house went under contract, the real work began. Maria had to keep the attorneys from killing the deal over non-sensical squibbles. She maintained a great relationship with the buyer's agent, and that proved to be usefull in the deal when the attorneys were both threatening to cancel. Maria also stayed on top of the reply to inspections and a permitting issue that was uncovered. She managed contractors, inspectors, the buyer and seller to ensure everything stayed on track for closing. Maria is a pleasure to work with. She is smart and tactical when it comes to getting deal closed.

This was not an easy transaction. Maria saved the deal multiple times. Getting an offer is easy. Getting to close is much more difficult. That's her specialty.
