Seller reviewLast year I tried selling my home and after 4 plus month on the market, I received one very low offer. So low that if accepted, I would have lost money. Then I met Tony Medina. He marketed the property before it even hit the market and when it did hit the market, I had 5 solid offers in a few days and a week after putting the house up for sale, I was in escrow! Tony is now representing me in the purchase of a new home. Tony Medina is in my opinion, the top one percent of realtors. Tony has proven to be a trustworthy professional who goes above and beyond to meet your needs. Anytime I needed him for questions or concerns, he made himself available for me and my family. Tony guided us through every step in the process and he put us at ease and I felt confident that he was working tirelessly, looking out for my families best interest. Really, that's all you can ask for. He exceeded my expectations in all areas and Tony Medina will always have my business along with referrals to family and friends.

Seller reviewAngela Garcera worked on this sale even though we are not in area,my daughter in Seattle,me in California (owners). She stays on top from the first day I spoke with her up to the closing. We communicate of any changes to the best of the seller and fair to the buyer.If I do go back to Las Vegas for another property, I have no doubt to call Angela Garcera to make deal for me. Angela Garcera is truly an asset to Century21.

Seller reviewI am very pleased with the way Angela made the sale happen with her can do attitude and quick response to any issue that needed attention. Angela called me and introduced herself offering to sell our rental house end of October. I was impressed by her different perspective in making what can be a negative condition become a positive one. I told her most people say it is hard to sell properties during the holiday season and she said it is a good time to sell because there are only a few houses for sale and only serious buyers would make offers to buy. She was right. She had professional photos taken of the house that made the house attractive for potential buyers. She established rapport with our tenants so that the tenants were cooperative and willing to show the house to prospective buyers. I am very happy with Angela's excellent performance in selling our house!!!!
