Seller reviewTony went above & beyond to help me get out of the hole I dug myself into. I had made some bad deals with solar companies & contracts that resulted in stupid liens on my property. When Tony came and evaluated the situation he was more professional & knowledgeable the attorney I went to. He was so compassionate & understanding I knew he really wanted what was best for me. He negotiated several contracts for my home that couldn't go through so to the lien holder declaring BK and holding up our sale, but in the end he helped my neighbor qualify to purchase and rent the home back to me for months at no cost. I recommend Tony & Angela looking for real estate guidance from a pro that cares, has integrity & is sharp as a tack. I don't only consider Tony my agent now, I look at him as a true friend.

We had to make sure we chose someone who would represent our best interest properly and while there were many qualified candidates, Tony rose to the top of the list with his knowledge, communication and professionalism. He helped successfully negotiate through a slew of problems that he did not have todo. Definitely going above & beyond. He helped us navigate through a nightmare tenant, an escrow cancellation which he negotiated a release of a 50k deposit which tremendously helped and ultimately the successful closing of our 2.7Mil home all while we were over seas. I'd recommend Tony & Angela to anyone looking for the best representation on the sale of their home.

Answers all the inquiries and help us understanding better and to be able to know all the basics and important matters as well as the pros and cons is really a must for us.
