Buyer reviewIf you want the best you gotta go with the best and that's Court Butterfield I knew Court was the agent for us when he offered to help in a nice polite way without being pushy. As well as going above and beyond what other agents were doing to gain our trust and business. Court is phenomenal when it comes to details of house buying and making sure you feel at ease on the purchase and condition of the home as well and keeping in mind your goals and future. Over all my experience was splendid and solidified my choice for the future on who I'm using for my realtor. I can truly say that if it wasn't for Court we'd still be wondering if we could even buy a home.

He made it possible for the communication between the builder, lender, and agents be effective and clear throughout the entire process. I was worried about the stresses of building a new home, but he made it easy.
