Buyer reviewAaron kept in contact with us for a couple years, checking on us periodically as we knew we eventually would move back to Utah but did not know when. Frankly, I can't believe he kept in contact with us through it all. He is knowledgeable, professional, engaging, on the ball and very proactive. I was "wowed" by how incredibly perceptive he was, how well he discovered and focused on our preferences and needs, and how flexible he was in tailoring his approach to what we needed throughout the home buying process. We could tell from his profile and past success that he is a busy guy, but he proved to be very organized. We never felt that he was too busy for us, he was always available when we needed him. As far as I am concerned there is only two realtors in Utah - Aaron Christensen and everyone else - and Aaron is the clear choice.

Buyer reviewAaron was the first and only to reach out to us. Even though we didn't have plans to move for 2 years, he maintained contact and we developed a good relationship. Moving from out of state, it was important he knew about the area. And he informed and educated us along the way since we hadn't bought a home in over 13 years. He was always patient and encouraging - even when we we would get frustrated because of the fast-paced market. In the end, the timing was perfect. And Aaron helped us make a connection with the sellers we eventually bought from with a personal note about us. His strategy to make our offers competitive were creative. Easy to work with. Listed to our needs and concerns and respectfully offered sound recommendations We have already recommended him to others

Buyer reviewAaron Christensen has a system down where he is very available for all his clients. He tunes in to what the client is expressing they want and he goes after it for them. The lot that I ended up building on was not even available at the time but because he is not afraid to ask or negotiate, he got the builders to release that lot for building far sooner than it would have been had we waited for them to come around. He knew what I wanted and the price I wanted to pay and he went out and got it. He is Amazing at what he does. And he is fun, friendly, a good listener and he genuinely cares about his clients. I will recommend him to anyone I know needs a realtor. He is really that good!

Buyer reviewAs a first-time homebuyer, I needed an agent that was confident, knowledgeable and possessed the skills to get me the home I wanted in such a competitive market. Heather was all of those things which is why we chose to work with her. She was great at explaining what was needed to make a strong offer and spelling out the different components and options that we had in building that offer. I would recommend Heather because her approach is to help you find the house you absolutely love and then do what is necessary to get the home. She didn't want us to settle with something we just liked and she didn't want us to lose a home that we loved.
