Aaron Christensen is very professional and approachable which helped through the process but what I was most impressed with was his willingness to go above and beyond to help me find what I was specifically needed. When it came to the contract we were up against multiple offers and Aaron was very experienced and thoughtful on how to be strategic to help make our offer stronger. There were even 2 cash offers we were up against and ultimately the seller still took our offer. The sellers agent even mentioned that it was the due diligence and preparation that Aaron did up front to know what would make our offer most impressive that made the difference. We had never anticipated moving out of California and knew it would be a huge task once the idea came to fruition. Austin Cales is easily the best agent I have ever seen. He is an agent that adds immense value to his company and is a the biggest (if not only) reason I would use Century 21 again in the future. You won't find anyone that will look harder or fight harder to get you your dream house. He even climbed in the attack in his nice suit to see if their was damage.
