We met Karen in November 2022 where she had helped us obtaining a rental. She was great to work with at that time. In late May 2024, the owners of the rental informed us that they wished to sell the home. So we needed to find a home to buy and we reached out to her for assistance. She picked up and remembered us from 2022. After catching up, we got down to business. We had certain requirements for the home we were looking for, she listened to them, and we started seeing places. Because of what we wanted to do, she really helped us out with a lot of the subdivision covenants. A lot of these locations say no "HOA" but there are still active covenants that are being followed by the homeowners in those subdivisions. She was on top of things and was obtaining covenant documents to review in a timely manner.. We settled on the home we purchased because of this. Karen is an absolute pleasure to work with. My wife and I both highly recommend her and we both thank her for her efforts.
