Hello, my name is A. Dominic Longoria and I'm an Associate Broker with CENTURY 21 Associated Professionals in Carlsbad, NM. Let me tell you a little about myself! I was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I attended the University of New Mexico and gained a BA in Political Science. After graduation I had a dream of starting my own business. In July of 2009 little did I know that idea would start my journey in South East New Mexico. I started an oilfield services company at that time. During this foray into oil and gas I gained a lot of hard-won experience in negotiating, and sales that are the cornerstones of my Real Estate practices. After spending 11 years in the industry, I thought it was time for a change. And that change decision led to becoming an Associate Real Estate Broker. It is this unique journey that will allow me to help serve you in your Real Estate needs. I consider myself a jack of all trades and can help with any transaction big or small.

Buyer review5 ***** Dominics knowledge of the property and consultation was invaluable as a first timer. Every step of the process I was given clear explanation of best and worst outcome scenario which is what would inquire and is what I got. I can be a handful sometimes, I been told lol. He never gave up or showed dismay. always calm and collected Dominic Longoria came thru as trustworthy and loyal, we went thru a verylong process due to Covid holdups, and he stuck by me and the seller thru it all. I will say in the end of the day Dominic is who you want when things go south, he took control of the ship and salvaged the deal. That only comes from experienced brokers. Don't ever give up, even if your lender don't approve you the first round, they are like fish in the sea, 3rd time was the charm for me.
