We met with several brokers through Zillow. We knew with in the first 10 minutes Aaron Raymond was the broker for us. He paid close attention to what we wanted, and didn't try to sell us something different. He carries himself in a way that shows confidence in what he does. He was very respectful and went out of his way many times to help us. I especially want to thank him for his unwavering positive attitude and reassurance. I was not always thinking positive in this purchase, due to the circumstances. The lender we used wasn't very approachable or helpful. When they weren't answering my calls or emails, Aaron went out of his way to get me the answers to the questions they should've been answering. He did this without hesitation or complaint. Our lender didn't give us the HUD 1 information before closing. He didn't inform us we needed a certified check for closing costs. Our closest bank was over a couple hours away, and they wouldn't wire the money to us. Aaron took it upon himself to go over to the near by bank and ask the manager if they could help us with this situation. He never hesitated to help us in any way he could.
