Seller reviewAbraham was very knowledgeable in properly pricing my home for sale. After discussing with Abraham my sales price, he informed me that the market price for my home was higher than I expected. Abraham's expertise and experience helped me better price my home. Abraham's knowledge in sales is second to none. The sales contract was perfect. The sellers wanted to extend the closing date, but knowing that I had other plans, Abraham did not budge and we closed on the initial agreed upon date. Although this was my first sale, it did not feel like my first. Abraham made the home selling process very comfortable and relaxing for me, and I had no doubts in his abilities whatsoever.
