Buyer reviewAlan Jay was the perfect realtor for my first time buying a home! While he is a close friend, we were constantly impressed by his professionalism, organization, and knowledge. I knew we were in good hands during our buyer's consultation and Alan Jay went through a step by step guide of the buying process. He also provided recommendations on how to be competitive in a multi-offer situation (which came in handy for us!). Our buyer's journey took about six weeks from pre-approval to house showings to offer to inspection to appraisal to close. I do not believe this would have been accomplished without Alan Jay's guidance, expertise, and negotiation skills. Not often you witness friends in their professional environment and marvel at how they handle business. Thank you, Alan Jay! You have made an invaluable impact on our life.

Throughout the entire process he was extremely professional, easy to get a hold of and communicate with, punctual, honest, thurough, organized, and knowledgeable about all things real estate and housing. He exceeded all expectations and went above and beyond (i.e. attending my home inspection in place of myself as I was unable to leave work). He is also dedicated and committed as seen with him sticking with me through a 2 year journey of finding my first home. He was able to take an extremely stressful process (expecially in today's market) and turn it into a positive, smooth and seamless one. I could not recommend him enough!
