Seller reviewAllan is the BEST in the business. He works really hard to make sure the deal gets done. I met Allan back in 2016 when we purchased our first home. We recently sold our first home in June 2025 and purchased our dream home. Allan was there every step of the way. The Miller family is forever grateful.

Buyer reviewWe used Alan Kohler to help find us a house back in 2016 and our experience was excellent. We rented our upstairs and had Alan find us excellent tenants. We sold that house and bought another one in 2025 and of course we knew we had to use Alan yet again. This man will go above and beyond to find EXACTLY what you are looking for. You can tell just by when you talk to him that he has been in the game a long time and knows his stuff. He makes the whole process super easy and he knows all the ins and outs. He will stay on top of your process every step along the way and will not stop until you find what you are looking for. He is a very honest individual as well and will never steer you wrong. He always answered my calls and texts and was very active in the selling of my property. Alan went above and beyond to help us including transporting a picture that was too large for our car to hold.
