He guided us through the frustrating permit process and was always patient with the process. He is a highly knowledgeable real estate agent! He worked tirelessly to ensure our property was sold according to our timeline. His character is built on morals and good work ethic.

Buyer reviewWe met Alan Lurie by chance after having called the number on a Century 21 Lawn sign. He imediatly came out to show us the home. He was very friendly, knowledgeable. After realizing this particular home was not for us, he signed us up on his listing book. Alan Lurie showed genuine concern for us being first time home buyers and guided us through the entire process to find the right home. Alan Lurie was onsite for all inspections. We could not be present the day the oil tank was removed. Despite being a particularly cold day, Alan was there onsite, outside, kept us up to the minute status of everything involved and even texted and emailed us pictures! Was also a pleasure to work with Realtor Lori Ragovin. She scheduled appointments and was present for several inspections. She also kept us well informed with everything.
