Seller reviewAlane Legrand is exceptional!!!! She is energetic, personable and has so much knowledge. We were uneasy about selling but she walked us through everything with great patience. I didn't realize that it could be that easy to sell property. I believe Alan Legrand went far beyond what most realtors would do to sell the property--what we should fix, what to do to make it have a good showing, etc. Alan Legrand is truly a blessing if you want to sell your property. The house had 2 offers from the first showing so we think it went very well. One offer was a cash offering which we accepted. Alane Legrand was unbelievably responsive. When I texted or called, she was right there to answer or talk about any detail.
