She is very knowledgeable of any and all houses in the market that would fit within our needs, wants, and budget. She is also very honest as far as advising us what to do in any situation like maybe see something that we did not and suggest we not buy a certain house because of this or that. Buyer reviewWe had worked with Alane LeGrand previously regarding a different house for sale, but the property we contacted her about was under contract. But, Alane continued to send us emails over the next couple of months with available properties that met our criteria. It was really nice to know she was still thinking about us even though we weren't actively looking. When we found the house we wanted, Alane was perfect! She gave such sound, expert advice each time we needed her, she was the best guide through the whole process. She worked around our schedules, and even late at night to make sure paperwork was completed in a timely manner to ensure we closed on time. Alane was out of town the day we closed, but Susan Honska was there for our us during our final inspection and closing. They are both so amazing, very sweet and helpful! Working with Alane and Susan has been a true pleasure; they are a credit to their profession and represent Century 21 Global Realtors with a high level of commitment, customer service and grace!
