She showed great insight with regards to preparing the home for market and identifying what features a buyer is looking for. As a vacant property, Alex went the extra mile for us and provided a staging service too. She helped us find good reliable contractors when needed and we always felt she had a handle on what our needs were throughout the process. Selling your property is a time consuming process, but with Alex's support and diligence a lot of the bumps in the journey are a lot less stressful if not averted, by her proactive approach and good communication skills.
