Seller reviewWe had originally planned on listing our home for rent but after a friend was able to sell rather quickly and made a profit we reached out to Alex Johns. We had worked with Alex previously a year and half before for the purchase of the same property and she came back and saw all the work we did to add value to the home. She gave amazing suggestions and helped me staged some areas of the home to give more appeal. We had a full price offer after the FIRST showing. This is great for a mom who had to shuffle kids out the door and only had to deal with one showings and we had a quick close. Would love to work with Alex again in the future!
