My daughter was searching for a place of her own in 2014 and I met Alice Burrows of CENTURY 21 Legacy through her. I would go on appointments my daughter had to look at some of the homes she was considering.and Alice would give her great advice and information that helped my daughter make a decision. Alice really knew what my daughter was looking for and I could tell Alice was thinking about what was best for her and I really liked that honesty and openness. I knew that if I was ever going to sell my house, I would want Alice to be me agent. When a friend of ours passed away in November 2018, I became the executor of her will, I called Alice for help. Alice and I discussed the situation in early December 2018. I was the not assigned as Administrator of the Estate until mid February 2019. Alice could not help me until late in February due to my status, but we had several discussions about the property and Alice provided a lot of professional advice that helped me understand some of the special situations that I was facing. I had a lot of doubt as to what I should do, but Alice gave me confidence and understanding of the issues I was facing and that helped me a lot. Once I became the official Administrator things started moving quickly and Alice kept me up to date with everything that was going on and what I needed to do. It did not take long and the house was sold. I am extremely happy with Alice and her professionalism as well as her concern for my interests and the situations I was in as a first time Estate Administrator. This was the first time I had ever been involved in trying to sell a house. I do own a home that my wife and I purchased back in 1990, that was the first home we ever bought, when we decide to sell, we want Alice to be our Agent, Alice is the best! All of my contacts with Century 21 staff have been excellent. I especially liked the contacts when the house was being shown and I would receive both calls and texts of the showings and the times. Alice was very caring and considerate of everyone in the family when she listed our mothers house. She guided us thru the process with ease. Alice went above and beyond checking to be sure all paper work was in oder from day one. When we went to close everything had already be taken care of and was fast and simple. Alice was excellent . She had contact with me on a daily base even on Thanksgiving Day. Alice was respectful and professional when I called her to list my mothers house. She spent half a day setting and taking to me about my mom and her home. She wanted to be sure how we marketed the house was in respect to my mother.
