Buyer reviewAlice was very patient and helpful. She worked hard at finding houses that would fit our needs and wants. She worked hard to get us a great deal. She was knowledgeable about the local areas, and found out information that she didn't know. She was very accommodating to our schedule.

I ended buying a house that I had somehow missed in the mls list ( she sends a new one to you every week) but that Alice had insisted I needed to see. She's so kind and thoughtful and helps you through the incredible stress and worry of buying a home. I'll never use another broker if I can help it, and I'm sure and one who works with her will feel the same!

Seller reviewShe's the best realtor I've ever worked with! I've also heard other peoples horror stories about their realtor and consider myself very lucky to work with her. She is very prosctive and great at foreseeing possible problems. I never want to work with any one else. She's so friendly and stepped me through the sale of my home in great detail. I never felt out of touch or ignorant about what was happening at each stage. She's tough when she needs to be but always considerate and warm. I can't imagine having to go through this process with anyone but her. If you choose her as your broker you'll never regret it!

Wouldn't hesitate to call her again if we were looking for another property. It was all positive, not stressful, knew Alice would find our house.
