Let me introduce myself and tell you a little bit about me…First of all, I am a Marshfield native. Marshfield is my home town and I never found a reason to leave. Being involved in the housing industry has always been my profession and lifestyle. I am a licensed real estate Salesperson/Broker with CENTURY 21 Gold Key Realty, Inc. In the past, I owned a real estate/construction company and worked in the mortgage field as a loan originator. The real estate world is forever changing and every day can be a new adventure. I love what I do and invest time, continuing education and funds to be the best I can be. I have professional designations and have served in numerous areas on the Central WI Board of Realtors. I am supportive of our local communities and events and am willing to volunteer and donate to causes dear to my heart. No matter what phase of life you are at: purchasing your first home, needing a larger home for your growing family, relocating, downsizing, purchasing a second home or investment property, I can and would be privileged to help you! My personal life is all about my family, friends and the simple things in life. I have 2 adult children, Ben Franz and Megan (Lee) Umnus and 3 busy fun loving grandsons, Bryce, Calder and Dalton. My circle of friends is precious to me and our time together is appreciated. I enjoy simplicity. I love being 'That" Grandma at my grandson's ball games and other events. I enjoy going to the lake, camping and boating. My at home time is spent on improvement projects, gardening, cooking and baking.
