Right off the start, Alicia Muralles was very friendly, attentive, and I could tell she was ready to fight for me. There was no speed bump to small nor too large for her, she was always in the front line working to make this experience perfect for me. So far it has been 2 months since the purchase has been finalized and I still hear from her to make sure everything is still good for me in my new home.
