Alicia obtained her Real Estate license in 2000, in the beginning of the Northern Michigan Boom of lake front and Bay Harbor. Shortly after, Alicia made her home in the Tri-Cities area and has a true love for Mid-Michigan. Working in a range of management roles, Alicia always found her way back to the sales industry. When offered the position with Century 21 Signature, there was no better fit than to be helpful to both buyers and sellers!

Her contacts were great - our home photos and virtual tour were top notch…and when we needed various services such as painting or lawn work she was able to recommend someone to provide proposals. Buyer reviewIf you are looking to buy or sell a home in the Midland area - hire Alicia Manceau! We chose to work with Alicia after interviewing multiple agents. Her calm demeanor and ability to listen to our needs were the determining factors in choosing her over others. Alicia was patient as we looked at dozens of homes over the span of a month. Alicia's advice was always helpful in determining whether to make an offer on a property. We only made an offer on two homes, but both offers were competitive due to Alicia's advice. In the end, we landed the best home we toured - I do not think we would have been equipped to make a winning offer on the home we purchased without her assistance! Alicia did such a wonderful job in helping us buy a home, that we also worked with her to sell our old home. We had an offer within 12 hours of listing, and multiple others in the days to follow. In the end, we received far more for our past home than we ever would have expected, thanks to Alicia's guidance.
