Seller reviewSo how can I describe the level of service provided by Alicia Martin-Campbell on the sale of my home? If you lived through 2020, you can imagine! I moved from Tennessee to my native Indiana and listed my house with Alicia before leaving. Three weeks later, we got an offer. Weather, inspections, and a problem with the buyer's credit resulted in the deal falling through. But then came COVID-19. Showings were sparse, but Alicia worked hard to get people in to see it. Then we lost another sale, and had to start over a third time. Alicia reconfirmed that we were on the right track, and the house finally sold. Through three offers, and all the issues that arose, Alicia kept encouraging me, and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed. I would recommend Alicia highly. She does a great job!

Alicia also inform me to of information of property sale & law I did not know. With in a month my house was sold. She really took the worry away of people who take advantage of people who are not inform of property sale. Give her a chance with your next property sale.. Thank you Alicia.

Seller reviewFound Alicia thru a local friend enquiring about lot values for my property. Ensuing phone call with Alicia made up my mind, then visit to the office with my wife. SOLD, the most important result. Alicia had a good feel for local builders need of lots. Produced the sale. All nice people. Got the job done. Bottom line, 2 lots are sold, one more to go. Very satisfied, will be extremely satisfied when 3rd lot is sold.
