Alicia also inform me to of information of property sale & law I did not know. With in a month my house was sold. Seller reviewFound Alicia thru a local friend enquiring about lot values for my property. Ensuing phone call with Alicia made up my mind, then visit to the office with my wife. SOLD, the most important result. Alicia had a good feel for local builders need of lots. Produced the sale. All nice people. Got the job done. Bottom line, 2 lots are sold, one more to go. Very satisfied, will be extremely satisfied when 3rd lot is sold.
