Seller reviewWe have had a relationship with Judge Fite, in particular Alicia for the past ten years. She has answered emails for us over the ten years regarding the value of our home without the expectation of us listing out home. She has fostered the trust we had with her over ten years and I have always respected that in her. We also sold our home from Florida. Working with a broker that could accommodate our needs was important to us. This sale was very complicated. This home had been a rental for over ten years. The tenant prior to us selling our home caused a lot of damage to the home and it was in need of updating due to trends changing. We needed to have different contractors visit the home. Alicia was wonderful in recommending great contractors and being available to get them into the home when needed. We had a lot of work done and it was during the holiday season so we were very appreciative of her efforts. Selling our home was very stressful for us financially as well and emotional. Alicia was very professional handling delicate situations. She always came to us with new ideas to market our home to sell. Our home took longer to sell than we wanted but we did not do everything she suggested at the onset. Had we done so we would have sold our home quicker.

We were comfortable with everything she recommended during the sell. She worked with the buyers to help make everything go smoothly. Sorry she is not in our new location to help us find a new home.
