Hi! My name is Alifiya, but you can call me Alfi. I was born and raised in Dar-es-salaam, Tanzania, in East Africa. I moved to the United States in 1994, then to Orangeburg at the age of 24 with my one year old daughter. After 10 years of living in Orangeburg, my family and I moved to Irmo. I have a caring husband and two beautiful kids - a daughter who is a dentist, and a son who goes to USC for engineering. I speak a few different languages including English, Swahili, Gujarati, Hindi, and Urdu. I love doing henna and cooking! Previously, I managed Subway restaurants for 26 years. I am now pursuing my dreams in real estate!

When relocating from another state and having to purchase a home with several very short visits to South Carolina, Alfie made the best use of our time. She did all the legwork had all the communities picked out all the floorplans that would fit our needs. She negotiated the purchase price for our home, assisted us in every step of the transaction. She went to multiple communities sometimes in inclement weather took videos, pictures, FaceTime, tours, etc. there is nothing that we asked of her that she didn't accommodate us. She was able to find us the perfect home on the perfect lot in the perfect community. Her knowledge of so many communities and her close relationship with the community sales managers made our transaction effortless on our part. She is truly an asset to century 21. Alfie will remain a close friend of ours. She's a jewel.
