Personal Profile
Since 2020, I have been dedicated to helping families in the Grand Strand area buy and sell their homes, with over 70 successful transactions to date. My passion for real estate stems from my love of homeownership, and I feel incredibly fortunate to assist my clients in achieving their dreams of finding the perfect home.
I take pride in working by referral, building lasting relationships with my clients. Every sale is an opportunity to help someone embark on an exciting new chapter.
When I'm not helping clients, I'm a proud mom of two wonderful girls and enjoy being involved in their school communities through the PTA and PTO. I'm also passionate about giving back to the community. As a member of the Realtor Community Outreach Advisory Group, I actively contribute to initiatives such as Habitat for Humanity, blood drives, beach clean-ups, Boys and Girls Club projects, and local beautification efforts.
My family and I love exploring everything the Grand Strand has to offer, from enjoying local restaurants and festivals to spending time at the beach-where I also love hunting for shark teeth!

She was able to show us the property that same day and was very knowledgeable about the area so we felt comfortable dealing with her. I appreciated that she gave us honest answers and was not a pushy salesperson. We were doing an out of state closing. Alina answered every phone call and question right away and helped connect us with all the people we needed for inspection, closing, and property management.

Buyer reviewShe was absolutely amazing. I had not one complaint. I loved working with her! Her response time was impeccable! I really feel like she went above and beyond for us. We had to do a FaceTime tour and she made it work with my schedule and it worked for us! After closing she still even answers any questions I have had. I really felt like more then just a paycheck. She is absolutely wonderful and will for sure use again if we look to buy in her area again and will recommend to friends and family time and time again.
