Any questions we asked her if she didn't know, she assured us that she would find the answer by asking her team. We felt very comfortable with Alisha from the get go. She even reassured us when times were tough during the purchasing transitions. I was nervous a few times when answers weren't found but I knew enough about Alisha to know that she was waiting on the answer we needed before giving us Faldo hope or making promises. We love her team as well. We got to know her mother and her husband and they truly have become friends of ours through this whole process. They always always had great recommendations and continually provided a list of great people as we were trying to set up utilities, where to reach out to and who to ask for when we needed it.
