Seller reviewA stressful time was made easier by Allison Daniels experience and expertise as well as her willingness to listen to your situation and form a plan that works! there were things I didnt understand (I think real estate is written in a secret language that most don't understand, just like insurance )but Allison quickly explained what it meant and all of my options. I have met a few shady realtors in my search for a new home so it made me appreciate the honesty and integrity Allison Daniels has even more!!! My only complaint is that she isnt licensed in the states I am looking to buy a home in so I could use her services again :( I cant say enough good things about this lady if you buying or selling you will be hard pressed to find a better person to represent you!!!

In a very low inventory real estate market, Alison Daniels was able to find a property off market that met our specific needs. She led negotiations to ensure that we secured the property, and that we closed escrow on time. Not only was she knowledge about homes on and off market, she was able to connect us with local agencies to to make a smooth transition after the close of escrow. During the whole process, Alison was very communicative. She quickly responsive to my many questions and informed me about each step through escrow. Thank you Alison!!

She's available at any day/time, which really works with our busy lifestyle. Anything that was unclear to us about the property/land, Alison would help us figure it out, make necessary calls, send emails to the correct people and get us answers! We really appreciate everything Alison has done for us and we highly recommend her to all our family and friends!
