We interviewed 5 real estate agents. Allen Robison was the most well rounded and had plenty of experience with sales in our area. He was never condescending (unlike some) just because we weren't his highest valued listing. He quickly became a family friend. Customer service really made all the difference for him and for us when we selected him. He really goes the extra mile to take care of the details. His professional photographer made all the difference in the online marketing. He even helped my wife pick up leaves that fell on the lawn while I was at work before taking the pictures of the yard that evening. Excellent customer service! Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better agent. His online marketing was perfect for our home and we entered contract in 1 day from listing. My only regret of the deal was it closed a little too quickly and we had to leave a little earlier than desired. Not a bad situation to be in! Allen even arranged to have our portion of closing performed at my work to facilitate the deal. Excellent customer service. I'd recommend him to anyone in the area that needs to sell a home.

This is the third transaction with Allen. 2 purchases and our first sale, he has always been attentive, understanding and a pleasure to work with. From our first purchase he has always explained the ins and outs and has made us feel extremely comfortable. We plan on working with him again in the near future and will continue to recommend him to family and friends.

This is the third time I've used Allen Robison as my realtor. I recommend him to everyone I know who'S in the market to buy or sell a home. Allen is incredibly knowledgeable and it's clear that he actually cares about making sure that his customers are getting a good value rather than just worrying about his commission. I trust him implicitly! The house we purchased was on the market for four days and had multiple offers. Ours wasn't the highest offer, but Allen didn't hesitate to find out what we could do to make ours the most appealing. I have no doubt that his experience in situations like this coupled with his willingness to go above and beyond were the reasons ours was the offer that was accepted. Allen's honesty is refreshing. He'll tell you if he sees something about a property that might make it undesirable for you, even if they're things you might not notice for a long time (like an open field behind the house that could eventually become a big box store and lower your property value.). This might mean more work for him, when he could have made an easy sale, but it's clear that it's important to him to truly advocate for the buyer he's representing. There's a reason we're repeat customers. He's the only realtor we trust.

Buying a house is very stressful, but Allen Robison's experience really does help take the edge off. He is always available to answer questions, provide input, etc. I would recommend Allen Robison without hesitation.
