I am Long Island born and raised! Having lived in Nassau County with my parents and 3 siblings my entire childhood, I couldn't imagine living anywhere else; until I met my husband, who is a Suffolk County boy, and here we are. I have been a resident of Lindenhurst since 2010 and I have to say I love it! My husband, Gary, and I live SOMO (south of Montauk), and while our home had damage from Hurricane Sandy we proved we were "Stronger than the Storm"! We rebuilt, elevated and resumed living in our home because we love it and the area so much! I love helping people! As my past clients will tell you I am available 7 days a week by text, email or phone. I feel like it is very important to keep clients and customers up to date on what is happening in the market place and more specifically with their own transaction at any given point. Having had a prior career in Real Estate Law lends to my knowledge of the behind the scenes workings of what goes on in the home purchasing process. My service to you does not end with an accepted offer and resume at the closing table. I am there throughout the entire process to answer any questions you may have, and if I don't know the answer, I won't stop until I get it! Being a part of the AA Team means that I have completed extensive training, and will continue training to make sure that I can be the best I need to be for you. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Long Island Board of Realtors and The NYS Association of Realtors. Buyer reviewOur purchase was certainly unconventional given the uncertainty of Covid-19. My husband, toddler and I met with Allison & Michelle in the office and we felt immediately welcomed! We also worked with Michelle Sutch and they really are a dream team. Allison even provided crayons and paper to keep her occupied while we talked and we felt like she took her time to understand what was best for our family, they were open and honest about what was realistic within our budget and we felt they really understood our family's vision which is why we decided to sign a contract with her Allison and Michelle worked tirelessly to help secure our house at a time when we were uncertain about everything. They showed us numerous houses within our budget all while listening to our wants and needs, they even showed us houses we didn't expect that wound up being perfect for us. They always were kind to our 2 year old daughter who accompanied us on many house tours and made us feel a part of the family. Allison always answered our numerous questions via texts or calls in a timely manner. She kept us up to date on all information and provided advice to help the transaction go smoothly. Allison explained everything clearly and made us confident to walk into our closing. They also connected us with our lawyer and mortgage company and the 3 groups worked together fluidly. She made the house buying experience easy and enjoyable and were there with us every step of the way. They even recommended great restaurants near our new home, we could not have had a smoother house buying experience without them.

From the search to the offer to the contract to the closing, every step of the way went along without a hitch. She gave excellent advice long the way whenever I had questions, obtaining my mortgage and everything I needed to do to have a successful purchase. She got me the house that met all my requirements in record time and I couldn't be happier. Even with the COVID-19 pandemic entering the picture after we got into contract she was able to adapt to the situation and everything went as smooth and as safe as possible.
