It was an absolute pleasure to work with Ally on finding our new home. She is very professional, smart and just a joy to get to know. Residing in Arkansas while pursuing purchasing a home in Texas was a new experience for us. She was always available to show us properties when we were in town and willing to accommodate us if our schedules changed. Purchasing a home online was a totally new experience for us, but she was very helpful with all of our questions and walked us through this new way of buying a home. She stood in for us at the house inspections, because it is a six hour drive one way for us. This was very appreciated, because the long drives are not easy for us anymore. My husband and I have bought several homes together through the years, but we have never had the pleasure of having someone like Ally to work with us. The day of closing I gave her a hug and told her that, "We could not have done this without her!" I asked for some of her business cards, because we will definitely recommend Ally to friends and family if they are interested in buying or selling their home! Ally was very quick to respond to any phone calls or texts that we sent her. Every single time I spoke with Ally for some reason, she always had such a friendly "Hello" for us and her smile was felt in every communication. Very simple. Ally is the best. We could not have been in better hands for the purchasing of our new home in Granbury! I have already invited her to our Christmas party at our new home this holiday season!
