Buyer reviewAlly was right with us every step of the way, from the very beginning and well past closing, making sure all of our needs and expectations were not only met, but exceeded. Through constant communication via phone, text, email and in person, Ally made us feel like we were her highest priority. Her willingness to house hunt with us, visiting many properties, and once the purchase process was in full swing, she made sure we visited the property as often as we wanted. Ally went above and beyond for us. From the prequalification process, during the house search, contracts, loan progress, appraisal, survey, closing, and even today (2 weeks post-purchase), Ally has been a dream! We are grateful that, just by chance, we were matched up with her as we're new to the state - and now, absolutely consider her a friend. Buying a home is the biggest investment a family can make, and knowing you are being represented by someone with integrity, professionalism, knowledge, patience and kindness, is paramount. Rarely can you find someone who exudes all of those necessary qualities at 110%, but Ally Jolly has raised the bar. We feel blessed to have met her.

She is always on top of every aspect of the whole negotiation process all the way through closing. She's very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. She always goes above and beyond and we appreciate her so much. We will continue to do business with her for any future real estate transactions and will always recommend her to friends and family.

Seller reviewAlly Jolly sought out our business. We were not using an agent at first and Ally visited us, called and sent a note trying to get our business. I knew she had sold other properties in the subdivision which was also a factor. We were also very impressed with her sales history. Ally Jolly was in constant communication with us for the entire process. She was eager to answer any questions we had regarding the sale and the process in general. We were always her first priority in the entire process and tried diligently to get top dollar for us. We have worked with a few agents before and in my opinion Ally Jolly is the best we've worked with. I would call on Ally Jolly again if we needed an agent and we have never used the same agent twice.

She went well above on assisting me with every aspect of my home purchase. I did not feel pressured at all and she answered any questions I had. I will use her again if the future if needing to sell/buy a house Ally did a wonderful job! She made the home buying process very easy & I enjoyed working with her. I will recommend her to anyone I know who is looking to buy/sell a house in the future.
