My name is Allyson York and I have been a Realtor for 13 years. I have lived in the DFW area my whole life from grade school, high school, to college and starting a family of my own. I live, work, and play in Fort Worth and my knowledge of DFW and the surrounding areas is extensive. My husband (of 25 years), teenage daughter, and I love boating on Eagle Mountain Lake and enjoy family time on the water. We love to travel and visit as many beaches as possible.

She kept me informed of what was going on in a very timely manner. I was able to contact her at anytime if I had questions or concerns. The house sold within days of going on MLS. I received multiple offers, two above listing price. I closed on my home quickly after accepting an offer. Overall a very positive experience and Allyson York was the reason for that.

Not only did she list and sell our previous home above asking price but she secured multiple backup offers, all while finding us our new dream home!
