Alma Markovich is an outstanding real estate agent but most importantly a wonderful human being. Alma is very patient and at no point pressured us at all. She was always available regardless of what time or day it was. Alma went out of her way to schedule multiple home visits and make a route for us because she knew we lived in Los Angeles and would make our home-hunting in the Inland Empire worth the trip. She is a very honest and humble person. Alma to us did not feel like a real estate agent she felt more like family. A person that we felt comfortable with and knew she had our back 100%. When we were finally given the keys to our new home, Alma had set up balloons and cards for our daughters and our family. She took pictures and prayed for us. To this day I can call or text Alma with a question regarding our home and she responds right away. Alma is one of the few people that are fortunate enough to find their career path and excel in it to its fullest potential. I wouldn't choose anyone else. Alma & Rudy went out of their way to get my house ready to sell. . . including but not limited to: Power washing walkways & outside of home, helping me paint areas inside & out, rebuilding a gate, sanding a metal gate, sanding & refinishing my front door, helping me pack, and staging my home, It was necessary for Alma to be extremely patient with me. I was able to completely trust her skills and knowledge of the sale of my home. She and Rudy went out of their way to help me in every way possible to make sure my home would attract interested buyers. I have already recommended Alma & Rudy to others. I will definitely ask them to help and represent me in the future.

Let's just say Alma had us at "HELLO"! I was referred to Alma quite by accident while trying to reconnect water service at property after tenant moved out. The lovely lady at water department had used Alma (to purchase her home) and she called Alma to give her my information, upon which Alma said if I was in the area she would be more than happy to meet me at property, which she did. She was coming from the complete opposite direction but she called me along the way to let me know her whereabouts (FIRST point, great communication)! When she arrived at property she had ALREADY printed out a 20 page Comparative Market Analysis for the property (SECOND, came prepared). Alma showed up dressed to the "NINES" (I only mention this because later we laughed about it) the house was a NIGHTMARE, filthy, smelly, but Alma walked in and had NO NEGATIVE reaction, she even walked over to one FILTHY wall and ran her hand across it to check for the condition of the walls (uhhhh, YUCK) I wouldn't touch it!! Alma spent well over an hour with me going over the comparative analysis, and we discussed several options, i.e whether we should do complete renovation or sell "as is". Alma then suggested having someone come out to give us a quote to renovate the house and gave us a referral and then contacted him and we made an appointment (THIRD resourceful). In the end we decided to simply clean the house and sell "as is". The property was listed 2 days before Thanksgiving and we had 12 offers before the weekend was over. UNBELIEVABLE! Alma prepared spreadsheets to include EVERYTHING in all 12 offers so we could go over each one by one (FOURTH, thorough). I truly could go on and on about how PLEASED we were with our experience. Alma is AMAZING! In the end we got a better price than we had hoped, and benefitted by not having to lose time renovating (Almas recommendation). Alma made us feel like her "EXCLUSIVE" client. She was available to us at times (late) when I would not have expected a response until the morning. We have only sold one other property (with another real estate company) and there is NO COMPARISON. We were blown away by the attentiveness given to us by Alma Markovich with Century 21 KING!! Alma, you are the queen! Thank you Alma for EVERYTHING you did. You made the entire process flawlessly easy.

Alma & Rudy worked day & night to take care of me & help me with the purchase. Alma was very attentive to my wants & needs. I have already recommended them to others. I would not hesitate to ask them to represent me in the future. Over the top. There isn't anyone better at what she does. Alma's assistant / office manager /whatever her title is was by far one of my favorite people to interact with. I actually wanted more opportunities to sign papers with her. Very professional, laughed at my joking, extremely helpful. I will use the services Alma & Rudy again in the future. I already have recommended them to others.
