It was as if she truly had our best interest at mind and she always was there if we needed her. We traveled quite a bit of California to find this house but she was there promptly to every house showing ready to help. Exemplary service and her attention to detail on all the paperwork made our purchase seemless. I had worked with 3 other brokers and simply felt like an afterthought. When Alma was recommended I thought well she comes from a well known firm lets give her a shot as this may be different. We are glad we chose her and her firm as her team was clearly in a league of their own compared to others. She answered every single one of my questions. She truly stood behind her word and would help us early or late with any question we had. Anything we needed at any time she answered promptly and effectively at all times. Truly exceeded our expectations as to what buying a home should be.
