We have used Alvar and Maria for several transactions and have always been impressed with their service. He did an excellent job at scheduling multiple weekends of house hunting and respected our time by only taking us to see houses that fit our criteria. While visiting these homes, his knowledge and great eye for detail really helped us make decisions on whether a house was fitting for our family or not. Once we did find a home, Alvar and Maria made the process as easy as possible and always kept us updated which we greatly appreciated. It was very easy to get in contact with them and they were always very timely with their responses. Maria was so sweet and patient with all the questions we had about the piles of documents presented and walked us through the paperwork making sure we understood everything we were signing. Alvar and Maria made us feel very comfortable with the process and thanks to their amazing work, we have our dream home!
