I was in the unenviable position of having to settle my father's affairs after he had suffered a stroke, all in a limited amount of time. Alvar and Maria were godsends in helping me complete the task of selling my father's home by giving me a detailed plan and time line. In addition, because this was my childhood home that I grew up in with my grandparents, Maria was kind enough to ensure that I would be provided with pictures of the renovation. This husband/wife team are godsends in terms of how they take care of their clients. I flew in from out of town to take care of my father's affairs after he had a stroke, and they were kind enough to loan me their camper for a few days so the cost of my stay was substantially less than it would have been. After having to stay in California for three weeks, it was a welcome break to not have to find an Air BNB for thousands of dollars, but still have a nice clean space to rest my head, and only pay a few hundred. I don't know any other realtors (and I've had some very good ones in my life time) who would entrust a client and help them in this way. Thank you both so much!
