Buyer reviewFrom the outset Alyssa knew that we were buying a house in Ames from North Dakota. She always seemed comfortable with this long distance relationship and worked with us to be sure that we felt comfortable with the process at all times. We used Face-to-Face cell phone application to have our daughter show us the houses we selected from ones Alyssa or Century 21 emailed to us. Our daughter was very impressed with the consideration and time Alyssa gave to my 6 year-old granddaughter during the viewings while we were talking with our daughter and son-in-law about features of the houses. Alyssa was always very thoughtful, prompt and thorough in all the dealings with the houses we made offers on and the details of closing. We made trips to Iowa after having signed purchase agreements and Alyssa took us through the houses. She was also at the final walk-though on the house we ended up buying. In the case of the first house the sellers decided not to sell and she handled that awkward situation very well.
