Buyer reviewAmanda was great. Very patient with us as we were first time home buyers. She took us to every house we wanted to see and didn't seem bothered to do things same day as long as she wasn't with another client. Will be telling our friends and family she is amazing to use if in need of buying or selling a house.

Seller reviewI've known Amanda in a professional capacity for years and she has always been excellent at what she does! She has great customer service skills and she is a hard worker who always gets the job done. There were many hurdles along the way (not from us or the seller, just issues with the appraiser, lender, etc) and Amanda was quick and efficient and got us to the finish line! I can't say enough good things about Amanda!

Buyer reviewAs a first time home buyer I didn't know much about the process. Amanda Midkiff help answer all of our questions and explain the step by step process for buying a home. Even gave many options for local loan providers, inspectors, appraisers, and services. Amanda listened to what my wife and I goals, needs, and wants are. We had many options and found the perfect house for us. Without Amanda's help my wife and I wouldn't have closed on our first home. Thanks for all Amanda's hard work, knowledge, and experience.
