Buyer reviewAmanda served our needs to the fullest and even after closing is serving our needs until we actually get to Florida next week. We have never seen the home in person but Amanda took videos, was at the inspection, helping to get contractors and all the numbers of companies we would need to make this a smooth move. We know with all her hard work that we will not be disappointed when we get there for thanksgiving. She even found a pace where I could get a fresh Turkey for Thanksgiving since I was driving with my 2 dogs and that it would be my husbands birthday. We are very very please. I also am a Realtor in Colorado and I know Amanda went above and beyond for us. I would recommend her at the highest level.

Our situation, to me, was a bit unusual as we were selling 2 house and buying one all at the same time. She was so helpful throughout it all. Her choice of photographer gave us the exposure we needed with 1,000's of views. We sold within 4 months when other large historical homes had been listed longer. Amanda encouraged us through every step of negotiations and we are very happy with the results. She also referred us to an awesome realtor who is helping us find our new home in Indiana. We highly recommend Amanda Owensby!
