I have worked selling properties before with Amanda, her marketing and listing skills have been crucial to getting a good price and sale. She can write a listing that gets people to look at what you have for sale and that's half the battle. It was a pleasure working with Amanda, the property sold in a few days. Amanda is an effective communicator and doesn't leave you waiting for communications.

Amanda was such a joy to work with. She is patient and understanding of nerves/concerns. She bent over backwards working with me on the whole selling/moving process. She answered my questions and offered advice when needed. I had a huge problem with a moving company not showing up, and took time out of her busy schedule to make calls, help move my things into storage, and then be there to make sure it was all accomplished. I am so grateful for all that she did for me, and would gladly recommend her to any prospective sellers/buyers. She is a gem to work with, and should get a large bonus for all that she does.

I had dealt with Amanda Toscano on a previous sale of raw land and found her very knowledgeable in marketing property for the best possible outcome. From the description of the property to the possible uses of said property. One property sold in 2 days and this one in less than a month at the full marketed price. One property was listed and sold for much more than I could have imagined. Sincerely, M. Had a great experience with Amanda in this home buying process. This was my first home buying experience so I pretty much had no idea what I was doing. Amanda understood this and was very helpful and informative basically teaching me how it works while doing her job. Her way of being tru the process is extremely committed to the clients interest and conducts herself very professionally. When I do another house deal she will be the first person I contact hands down. Everything went very smooth after we found a place that was what we were looking for. Aside from the crazy market right now it all rocked right on. Amanda was a asset in remaining calm and keeping my eye on the prize in a wild housing market. As you see high marks across the board but they are no exaggeration. She nailed it to the wall....yawned and went and had a cup of joe. As I have stated amanda did a great job as did the whole team after we found the place the entire team came together and made it happen.
