Felt much more confident in this endevour when I was told by my son, that he attended church with her and her husband. Been 18 years since my last realestate purchase so I had no recall on how this is done. I chose to hire Amanda to represent myself also in the transaction. She walked me through things via phone calls and emails. Was very prompt in responding to any questions I had and we closed 1 day earlier than she initially thought.
