Buyer reviewAbout 4 or 5 years ago, Amanda helped me sell my house in Priest River because of a divorce. She (in my opinion) bent over backwards to keep everyone happy. I'm sure it wasn't easy because my ex wife and I were holding the note and every thing Amanda did she did twice, once for me and once for my ex wife and then the buyers. Before I bought the house in Oldtown Amanda and I looked at several houses/land in the area. At that time I lived about 300 miles away. We would schedule days (some times weeks in advance) to look at different houses and once in a while I would need to cancel. She never once got upset and always moved her schedule for me. When it comes to real estate, Amanda was, is, and will always be my go to girl

She is very friendly and has great knowledge of the area and what she does. Should anyone that is thinking of dealing with her would like to talk to someone that has had her as a agent they can feel free to call us. Buyer reviewI accidentally came upon Amanda through Realtor.com. I had responded to a house for sale on the site. I had a few different realtors contact me, including Amanda. I agreed to meet with her for a showing at the house I was interested in. We clicked right from the start! She was open and honest with her knowledge and opinions. I really appreciated that as I knew nothing about what I was getting myself into when deciding to buy my first home, especially by myself. She was amazing and made it a complete stress free process. I did not buy the original house we looked at and she helped me find the perfect place and in my budget! She did all the work and made buying my first home so easy! I cannot thank her enough! If and when I'm in the market again wether I sell or buy she will be the first person I call! As I sit here in my new home I cannot thank her enough!
